Andrea Arnell, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care in a supportive and welcoming environment. She works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and women's mental health concerns, including perinatal and postpartum challenges.
Andrea brings over 15years of critical care nursing experience, along with 6 years serving as a hospital nursing supervisor. Her extensive healthcare background has shaped her calm, thoughtful, and steady approach to patient care, allowing her to meet individuals where they are with empathy and understanding.
Known for being warm, direct, open, and nonjudgmental, Andrea values building genuine therapeutic relationships where patients feel safe, heard, and respected. She believes mental health treatment should be collaborative and individualized, combining evidence-based medication management, therapeutic support, and practical tools to help patients create lasting change.
Andrea provides in-person care and is committed to helping patients feel empowered, supported, and hopeful as they work toward healing and wellness.
When she's is not working, Andrea loves being with her family, enjoying the outdoors and soaking up the sunshine.
